Five Years and Still Love my Pans

November 28, 2024I bought this set when I purchased my induction stove 5 years ago. I still love, love, love them. Read the manufacturer's recommendations on heating first, then add oil. It makes a difference. Steaks come out with a beautiful crust. These really conduct heat so start with lower heat until you know how they work with your stove.
I do fuss over my cookware more than some other people might. To clean, after they have cooled, I soak for a little while to loosen if there is any remaining food, gently scrape it out and clean with Bar Keepers Friend. (The reviewers who say they won't come clean must not be using BKF.) If you cook things like beans that leave a cloudy residue, a little rinse with white vinegar gets that out pronto. Then I use Dawn to soap up those beauties and they just gleam. I bought the 4 qt pan to add to my set.
Liking the pans a lot…

February 5, 2024Good quality fully clad cookware that is the equivalent of AllClad D3. It heats evenly and retains heat decently. The design allows for the draining of grease without spilling. The handles are a little hard on a person’s hands as they dig in a bit, especially with the weight of the larger pans. This is mitigated with pot holders when picking up the pans to drain grease but not when cleaning. As AllClad has stated the D3 sets now shouldn’t be out in the dishwasher due to the exposed seam, I would not recommend dishwasher usage with this set either, as it also has the same exposed seam. Otherwise this is a good set that I expect to last and not have to replace like all my previous nonstick pans. Do yourself a favor and study up on the proper way to cook in stainless steel pans, as there is a learning curve. If used properly, cleanup is sooo much easier.
Amazing Stainless Set!

April 14, 2024We were tired. Tired of teflon and cheap cookware that made promises that never held up. My wife and I decided to try stainless steel. Since it was going to be a trial run for us we didn’t want an expensive set, but also didn’t want a cheap set. We found this Cuisinart MCP set and after reading hundreds of reviews on forums, we went for it.
Delivery was quick, no packing issues. This cookware is very attractive. Besides the handles being attached, it’s one piece. No rolled edges or layers for water to get trapped in. The cookware washes and dries nicely. We are dishwasher people, but this set is no problem to hand wash.
Anxiety set in when first frying, since we weren’t used to SS. Everything was fine though! A few weeks, and YouTube videos later…we have cooked nearly everything in our normal rotation. Spaghetti, rice, fried chicken, stir fry, hamburgers. It was all delicious (noticeably better tasting than being cooked with chemically coated cookware). We read horror stories about cleaning SS. No problem there either. This stuff cleans up great!
So, 5 stars from us! I think we’ll be stainless users and promoters for life. This set is certainly worth it.
Go back to the beginning...

December 4, 2024I am not sure who thinks these are too wide...
Take it back to the old structure. Please stop catering to skinny foot folks. The ankle openings are ridiculously narrow. A pity I wasted my time and money. I have the process of waiting for items just to have to return them and wait for my money.
Color is beautiful and saturated for the LimeWash and the Sand.
The average foot is going to have a difficult time fitting into these boots. The disappointing part is I bought two pair of these boots in previous years and now that stitching is sooooo tight that I would have to break my ankle to wear the boots. I ordered several colors and style...all too narrow to put my foot in the boot with or without socks.
Who are you guys making these boots for...skeletons?
