I ordered coordinating shirts for 2 kids in a dance competition. They me the next day to say they were out of a size for one of them.
I agreed to go up a size and they said the image would look better on ac different color. I adkesid they had the other color in both sizes and they said yes, sand that my order can still make it in time. I agreed to switch.
When I received the email confirmation, only one shirt was in the new color, the other was in the old. I contacted them to make sure both shirts were the same color and they said no.
This was the day the shirts were supposed to arrive.
They said no problem, they haven’t made the shirts yet (huh? They should be getting here today) and can make sure they are the same color.
And… they were using a different supplier snd can get the sizes we asked for.
When the shirts arrived, the images on the backs were swapped (the boy’s image was on the girls shirt and vice verse). The competition was the following day, so there was nothing we could do.
They agreed to re-make the shirts but we’ve never heard from them again.

I bought this shirt due to the necessity and it is HANES. I never experienced any problems with HANES. When I saw it is heavyweight, my initial thought was "I like that in a shirt". After receipt, one flaw was the tag on the shirt was too sharp on the edges, so ok I cut it. However, the fabric material shirt itself is bad It will shrink after initial wash. After a wash or two, the color looks like it is bleached, it looks like is stained so this product can become unwearable. Due to the time lapse when I purchased this product and time worn, too much time elapsed. please be aware what you may experience. Maybe I received a bad batch.

The shirts, out of the package, were much larger than expected. Being that they are cotton I washed one (in cold water) and dried on a low heat setting. The initial "try on" looked awful but after washing and drying there was a distinct change in the fit. While it was a bit more form fitting it gapes and looks distinctly messy throughout the underarm and chest area. Length is great (my husband has a very long upper body and many XLT's are still too short) and the shirt appears well made. We will keep the ones we ordered as they are worth the sale price but I would not order these again.

Just purchased a two of these Tees for my husband. We have always picked shirts up at the swap meet or he receives as give aways at trade shows. His company shirts are Hanes beefy. Very thick. Well made. Neck lies flat. 100 per cent cotton. Washes and dries beautifully. True to size. Colors are fantastic. No complains at all. Great delivery service. Packaged well. Returns welcomed, but the it wasn't needed. Thumbs up all around.
